My Grandmother’s Hands
- This book looks at racism in the USA and how historical trauma in Europe led to the current racial divide and police brutality. The author is a Black therapist who has training in somatic experiencing (a body-based type of therapy). He doesn’t talk about other races or countries, but you can apply his message to your own situation.
